Description History: Project X was started by Tadashi Hikari as his last breakthrough. Unfortunately, however, Tadashi died before the project was finished, the other workers at Sci Lab decided to cancel the project when other net navis appeared. However one day, Yuichiro, Tadashi's son, decided to use a part of X to insure that the navi project would turn his son, Hub, into a net navi to prevent his death. Afterwords, X was once again sealed away deep within skylabs memory files. Years later, a power shortage happend at Sky labs, Lan Hikari and his son, patch go to investigate, however their investigation shows that only data from deep within the memory banks was deleted or lost. However what they don't know is that in all the chaos, X was released from his confinment and escaped the memory banks.

X is incomplete, as his right arm was used for the navi project, in order to get it back, he needs to extract the data from Megaman.
