Whoo first design finished! :'DHonestly, there's about 0 merch out there for warriors. So I'm trying to get some character shirts out there! (Plus, I'm unemployed right now, and since job searching is going slow I'm trying to get some sort of income going hah)

For character suggestions, if you have enough time, if they don't have to be warriors I'd think maybe a shirt with Jay and Funky (dang I hope I got your fursonas' names right I'm such a bad fan xD) Β on it would be cute. I'm not saying that you have to because you're the artist and you should get to choose what you want to make, but I'm just leaving a suggestion just in case you need any

haha you're right there! I started reading warriors when I was 9, and I'm 18 and I even made sure to bring up some of my warrior books when I moved upstate for college xD I would never be in art college if it weren't for this series, so I'm just really attached to it ouo

Thats so nice! It's really nice to know Β you kind of grew up with the series and it helped mold you into an animator/artist. I'm so glad you read it because if you didn't, I wouldn't have seen your channel on youtube, and I would have never known what a lovely person you are. I can sort of relate to you with the warriors getting you to art college (even though I'm not in college xD). I wasn't into drawing that much, but one day my friend showed me the book series warriors. She rambled on and on about it so I decided to read the series. I found a really funny animation about the characters so I started searching through all types of animators. I started to absolutely love animation. I tried drawing them myself and making my own characters. I'm still trying to progress with my art since I'm not all that good at drawing yet though

oh my gosh when I was around 12, I went through this "I'm too old for kid stuff" phase, then I started drawing and I'm like "who am I kidding?? I read a book series about cats!" but then I SSSWarriorcats and flightfootwarrior when I first discovered YouTube when I got an iPod touch back when I was 13, and I just started to animate when I reached high school, and gosh animation is my favorite thing in the world- you can do so much with it and it's so much fun to make! I'm so happy I've chosen to make it my career- I'm pumped!
ahhh good luck with your art, my friend! ;u; Keep working at it, and you'll for sure get to where you wanna be! (it's taken me 4 years to find an art style that I was proud of xDD)

aha I see what you mean xD whenever I tell someone about the series I pretty much just get to say "Its about cats" And they start laughing before I get to explain the rest. I've been drawing on paper for a while (my paper drawings are better than my computer drawings but still not that good xD) And I've always wanted to animate I just didnt know how to put frames together and stuff. I'm so glad you love to animate because you're so great at it!

but i got a question: is this legal? oo I'm sometimes confused, i myself wanted to try make myself one or two warriors tshirt-designs(breeze and broken maybe also something with the dog pack) but I'm not sure if that is legal because those aren't my characters XD some asked me when i would do the designs if i would sell them oo that's why i play with this thought, ehehe...sorry to annoy I: I'm just not sure if this is legal oo'' i guess it is because you do this XD but uhh i don't know. sorry sorry.

well, technically, I think fanart in general is illegal. Heck, everyone on youtube posting things with songs that isn't theirs is illegal.
And there's millions of people online selling merch with characters that isn't theirs.
Make yourself a design, it really doesn't matter

yeah! shirts published for the first few days are 14$, then they go up to 20$ and shipping is like 6$, and if I recall 26$ is how much is it for a t-shirt on redbubble isn't it?

on redbubble i think it depends
redbubble is REALLY good because they do all the mathΒ
if you put up your art (for example this ivy and dove drawing)
and you want it to be sold as a shirt, rebubble set a minimum price, which i am pretty sure for shirt is about $15
then you simple say "i want 10% of money made"
so the price from the minnimume/base set by redbubble goes up by how you statedΒ
so 10% would bring it up to.. (i'm bad at maths.. omg :/ )Β
$16.50? it includes shipping
that means the shirt is sold as 16.50, and you get sent your 10% (or however much you like) and rebubble uses the base price they sent (in this case, $15) to make, print, and ship the tee all over the world ;w;!!
((so for example; the base price for making/shipping is 15,,
if you want to make 100% of a profit, the shirt would sell for $30
50% would be $20.50 ?
