Spot assessment: Based on data from Hub 33, IR and visual readings of entity consistent with bolide despite significant image distortion and anomalous characteristics. Awaiting images from RD22 for further confirmation.

Expert assessment: Images from RD22 show environmental damage consistent with meteoric air burst 1 klick from Drone C273-4. Results of diagnostic scan of Hub 33 show major degradation of onboard AI, with no fewer than 276,533 bugs, including but not limited to near-complete breakdown of node tree, failure of C&B routines, discontinuation of several core and sub directives, and generation of unnecessary novel directives. Observed collapse of system architecture likely contributed to highly aberrant renderings of raw input data, with Core Directive 2 (render raw data into visuals), Sub Directive 11 (process low-quality images and unclear data with high fidelity based on existing datasets), and newly generated Sub Directive X108 (render images of cultural figures of hominins under study using processed data and available image datasets), itself a merger of several other sub directives, being executed in series simultaneously.
Recommendation: Retrieve memory buses, Am-241 core, processors, and capacitors for examination and enact Scrap Protocol on remainder of units.

Panel assessment: Taking into account the findings of Hubs 33, 41, and 56 in conjunction with those of various ranger drones dispatched for hub examination, it is apparent that the onboard AI algorithms of the aforementioned hub units used for image and data processing and subsequent transmission were corrupted beyond repair, leading to aberrant images featuring renderings of non-existent entities based on data of hominin cultures native to Earth - 418714 being superimposed onto photographs of known organisms, locations, and objects.

Recommendations: Destruction of faulty hub units, immediate overhaul of operating systems of other active hubs for upgrades and thorough debugging, removal of all generative algorithms from Hub AIs, redesign of AI processors. All major image processing tasks to be performed in-house moving forward.

Personal assessment: Now I can sleep better at night.
