Description
Windows 7 Classic Theme Color Scheme. Based on previous deviation. This time Windows 8 colors were used.Works with Windows XP and other Windows versions.
Installation:
Unpack the archive, apply the desired color scheme, then use the registry tweak to apply flat menus. Log out and log in to your system. Turn off Window Shadows if you like.

i use windows 7 and it not work.
i paste it to C://windows/resource/themes and apply it from personalization, not work the theme not classic but windows basic.
i did click the reg too.

"Frost Aero.theme" just needs to be double-clicked to be applied.

i tried your Windows Classic Shiki Colors too, same it will turned to basic theme not classic theme
