Sometimes you need to chew through to know what it contains.
Under the layer of grumpy might lay a layer of sad.
A lot of angry looking people, or bitter people, might just be sad.

I agree- there's always a reason behind a grumpy person, whether they're aware of it or not. It takes a lot of chewing both on the inside and out though to be able to find the core of things.

Besides, it wasn't about having to walk up to every angry looking stranger on the street and give them a hug. That's kind of breaking the norm of privacy and accuracy there. I'm meaning more about people you know, and maybe not to judge people by the surface o3o;
