This looks awesome, I like the way you made it look like the camera was wet and as if that world was just a bubble (a bit worrying that it might burst, let's hope it doesn't). I also like the watery look of the hand, very coherent with the rest of the picture and it's nice that the image sort of doesn't need a background, just the fading of light being enough.
