hi again!!once again, a bit of genshin art. here's my oc, meiying. she's a hydro catalyst and has 2 koi fishes
erm,, a 4 star because her story isn't all that spectacular and well. she's not a special special character. what's fun about mei is that she does everything and that's why you won't spot her in the same spot,, twice. pretty much never. she runs on a tight schedule so if you wanted to meet up it'd go like "ah, i have time on... the 22nd, 4:15 p.m.,, i can spare you 30 minutes!"she's from liyue (if that wasnt obvious) and also goes by "lao fei" as an alternate alias!!
