Well, he certainly does jump scare, just like the rest of the animatronics.. I just don't know why it has to be BB that everyone has to hate.

In fnaf3, he isn't really that annoying. I'm pretty sure it's just what he does in Fnaf2, and how difficult it is to get rid of him. Thats my opinion at least. I'm not sure about anyone else.

I think some people hate him because it's a pretty popular idea to hate him anyways.. but honestly, he's actually a very unique character in the game series, you know, being the only animatronic that resembles a child and stuff.

When he is in your office laughing, he makes you unable to use your flashlight, vent lights and camera. His laugh also attracts the other animatronics. Mainly old Foxy.

He only disables your flashlight and vent lights. not camera.
i got killed by foxy when he got into my office just last night
and foxy jumped out at me after i had wound up marionette's music box
and balloon boy had been in the room for a while
so he doesn't disable EVERYTHING
just the things that stop you from getting killed by toy chica, toy bonnie, mangle etc. etc.
