Update: bigger version

This is the scan of an very OOOOOLD picture I've created, when I back in school (in 1984).
I made this by splattering water soluable paint onto the piece of paper through a fine metall mesh (using a toothbrush).
The areas I did not want to become splashed with the same paint I simply covered the rest got colored.

Blossoms and twigs I added last using a fine brush.
