Pikmin must be the best sidekicks ever, after all they do all the work. And what is their thank? They die, sometimes as quickly as the same day they were born. But imagine what would happen if a group of Pikmin survived for a long time. They would eventually develop self-confidence and maybe they would realize that they are following orders from a weakling. Suddenly they stop obeying orders and show pride when they defeat enemies. That is a day Olimar never will forget.

I have never even tried making backgrounds before, so it is far from perfect. I hate my scanner though, when I finally managed to color the ground in a way I thought was okay, my scanner gives me white ground. I had to work with it in Photoshop a long time to get any of the color back. Pretty much everything looks bad compared to the original. Grr...
