Yes, she is made with pure energy...you know,it is said that most ghosts are 'trapped energy'...some of them can be seen as lights floating or a halo of light.

Yeah it depends on so many things. I have heard of people who have seen very life like ghosts. I on the other hand have never seen any but I have been aware of them in other ways, felt their precense, heard them and so on.
