Witches along with Vampires are two of my favourite types of characters, mainly due to their clothing (which can be quite beautiful; just like this piece!) and their beautiful characters (well... if you don't do old witches that is Β ).
The clothing looks fantastic in this; the texture, lighting and perspective is spot on and that chosen background does a fantastic job of centering the character (specifically the curved mountains).
