I've always loved the Ninja Turtles, ever since I was a wee lass. I remember drawing them in the 2nd grade... a mental image of how horrific those drawings looked still burns in my mind nearly 20 years later.

Anyhoo, while at Anthrocon (at which I was interested to learn that Peter Laird attends... not this year though.. phooey) something compelled me to draw the turtles as kids in a bathtub. Needless to say my sketch sucked. So I re-did it with Alias Sketchbook and I guess the result is better. It's a silly sketch full of incorrectness (like why are they so high up in such a deep tub...? They're bouyant!! >_>; ) But I luvs them.

I'll probably scrap this if/when I ink and color it 'fer realz'.

And yes, Donnie is examining a toaster on the side of a bathtub. He's like 5, cut him a break! >_>;
