Although constantly outsmarted by a teenage hedgehog with arrogance and impatience issues, that's only because the scripts declare that fate.
In all truth, Robotnik is definitely a bad-ass villain in the realm of video games, what with his contraptions and enemies.

Anyway, before I go off on a tangent, let me just say you've nailed the costume. Everything from the gravity-defying moustache to the goggles to the outfit, pretty much perfect.
