This is an a character i made for a comic I’ll be working on in near future. Im also trying to get him to be an OC in SCP universe if not then he’ll just be my character I created.

Here’s a backstory:

Joel Gardner grew up a religious person dedicating his time, resources to try to make the world better as he sees it. For years had same dream of fire and blood thinking it must be a revelation of some kind. Devoted himself to become a priest however that was about to change for the worse. One day his best friend Chris sacrificed himself to to stop a robbery, then he struggled to make something great out of his life, to protect others, but anger, grief and vengeance dwelled in him. Had talks with his priest and tried his best to move on, to forgive, but nothing helped. One day his prayers were answered or so he thought. Had a nightmare of fire burning the earth with corpses burning, to clear his head he went to the desert outside the town in Nevada to get some solitude and think. Then he heard his name called repeatedly. Following the voice out, sulfur burned his nose, there he saw a white solid orb levitating pulsing with light, with red and blue flames burning the ground around it. The orb erupted, blinded by a bright white light, it then took shape, a being radiating light and fire, with 4 wings emitting red flames. When his sight regained without any inquiry believing he shouldn’t question it, he assumed this being was an Angel. It made an offer he couldn’t refuse, power. Joel accepted the offer given angelic abilities control and manipulate supernatural pyrokinesis and lumokinesis, an immortal weapon of wrath. law enforcement personnel alerted after some disturbances resulted in several deaths of suspected drug/human traffickers, was detected in the outskirts of a town in Nevada.
Now with the power he longed for his work to rid evil starts. Coming to terms with his trauma and turmoil makes a realization he believes, that is to make the difference he always wanted to make in the world. However he comes to know there are others who have their own fair share of powers.
