You ask for a critique - I usually only add comments. Given the lighting conditions about which you can do very little about, I think this is an excellent capture - pose, composition, exposure, detail, sharpening. The one niggle is the "white" area on the top of the back, where the neck meets the body - it looks slightly peculiar in terms of white/grey patches. As I don't know this bird is that a real feature or an artifact?
