When I saw the thumbnail I got very impressed and wanted to see large version of this photo.
The idea, although used before (night shot of large city with higway and long exposure) is good because certainly there are lot of different things that can catch your eye. For example the buildings on the right which are blue, the orange highway in the middle or green-blueish golf course on the left.
However, there are also some technical mistakes here which downgrade the quality of the photo. First of all, I personally would choose tighter crop. There is unnecessary part in the top of the image with dark houses which just takes the attention away from middle of the picture. Secondly, the part of the roof in the bottom left corner is very disturbing and brings unwanted attention. Thirdly, there are nice light trails in the middle of the picture but in the bottom of the photo they are almost non-visible. Maybe 16:9 crop would be better to emphasize the color differeces in the middle of the photo and bring more attention to light trails.
Still, this is very nice and sharp photo and I like it.
