This is art of my OC, Murmur. He's a character from the closed species Conjurers, which you can find here: the-conjurers.deviantart.com/ . He's finally got a galaxy background!!! I tried to do that on his ref but Sai crashed on me when I tried it! I did this art in Fire Alpaca so I was able to do it!
