In the still of night, the city lay,As peaceful as a babe at play.
But soon, a terror did unfold,
As a giant beast, a titan, old.
With eyes aglow and rage-filled heart,
It brought destruction, did its part.
The streets ran red with blood and fear,
As the people shrieked and cowered in sheer.
Buildings crumbled, towers fell,
As the titan's wrath, none could quell.
With every step, the earth did shake,
As the city's fate, did seal its fate.
But in the chaos and despair,
One man stood, a beacon of hope and flare.
He faced the beast, with sword in hand,
In a battle, where fate would be grand.
The titan roared, the man did strike,
But alas, the beast, did not die.
For the titan's power, none could match,
As the city lay in ruins, a never-ending catch.
The man fell, but not in vain,
For his sacrifice, the city did gain.
For in his death, the titan's curse,
Was broken, and the city's fate, did reverse.
And though the city lay in ruins,
The man's bravery, forever, shall be in tune.
For he faced the beast, and gave his all,
In a battle, that would be remembered forever, as a fall of a titan.
