No problem, I just moved to XFCE
I put some of the Emerald-Dark icons on the Emerald folder, 'creating' a 'new' variant (light panel icons and dark actions, for people who have lighter GTK+ themes -as me- or don't like the blue icons).
Due to mi bad english, I post an image to show the explicated above

See the image viewer bottom icons? some of them has missing icons.

Maybe an iptux icon? Aaand yast modules... (but that's like 34 icons ). On the second thought, those icons are just system administration icons and do not necessarily need new ones. You can probably just reuse other ones.

I have the same problem too ！But consider that my icons are all vector icons，so I think maybe the Desktop Display Service doesn't support svg icons well！
