Description

gnomes are a tempermental lot, yet if left to their own devices they are not ones to go out of their way to cause a ruckus. Not very picky when it comes to their environments, Gnomes can be found in all types of terrain. Though dense forest, with wild vegetation seems to be the preferred. Contrary to this a gnome's terratory is surprisingly well kept and manicured. To an untrained eye their pathways, homes and gardens would be entirely missed. A clever lot, they know how to keep things tidy while still tricking passers by with a cleverly disguised territory.

A passion for tilling and pruning, gnomes are drawn to human gardens, and as such, can be seen as pests to some farmers. A gnome is very particular about how and where a plant should be grown and have been known to uproot entire gardens to fit their ideals...not to mention steal a couple of crops along the way to feed their large families. Gnome wives have litters of up to 13, though as few as three will make it to adulthood due to predation, sickness or famine.

Some human farmers actively pursue  bachalor gnomes, in particular. A gnome tended garden is one that required little to no work on the farmers part and it will be protected passionately. Yet once he finds a mate he and his family will evicted.

The fabled red caps regularly attributed to gnomes are in fact horney growths. It is the males who's "cap" turns red in the mating season to attract a mate. While a single horn is most common a gnome can grow any number of horns.

How do we pursue gnomes for our farms? Like what would we do to attract them?

More like Gravity Fallout. That thing looks more like an apocalyptic mutant than any gnome or Faerie I've ever seen

hmmm I would say he is fanciful gnome with a certain level of mutated realism?

I feel he would fit in the Harry Potter universe. Thanks!
