Description In the 1870s, after the Woodland Plateau & Lonesome Mountain Railroad completed it's branch line to the Ironworks south of Junction City, the Ironworks began leasing locomotives from the WP&LM. But it was obvious the company needed their own little switcher. So in 1890, a little 0-4-0 saddle-tank engine from H.K. Porter & Company arrived on the scene. The little locomotive never carried a number, but the engine's name was painted on the sides of the wooden cab.
