While browsing through all the other images that were looking for critiques I stumbled across this monolithic beauty. It's hard to know where to start on something so fantastically detailed. A person could analyze a piece like this for months and still find something new to look at every time. But, *cracks knuckles* I'm gonna give it a shot.
First off, the blurred figures do an excellent job of simulating movement. I've seen actual photographs that had the same effect and you emulated it perfectly. The silhouette of the smoking woman in front of the "gentleman's club" is yet another hint of the sort of place this picture features: busy, loud, but with traces of mystery and perhaps even danger.
The various neon signs (I love what you did with the glow, by the way) give this image a very Tokyo-at-night feel. Obviously this is a pretty big business center despite the cramped quarters. With every structure having been carefully and painstakingly drawn out, you've managed to create a truly realistic world, so much so that the viewer can't help but feel drawn in by its curiously smoky allure.
As a final note, I just want to say that the colors in this piece really make the image. It's dark, it radiates, and it entices the audience. All in all, a truly masterful work if I've ever seen one.
(Oh and needless to say, I found absolutely nothing wrong with it.)

At the first look I saw an atmosphere "Γ la" Blade Runner, sumptuous and for the imagination. Then I saw the girl on the bottom right with the cigarette and it put me on the ground, the magic was gone. It put the picture from sci-fi to earth today. Anyway, great job. And for me the small picture with the blur is better than the big one on the site with the too much clear main characters.
