The commissioner asked for stormy vibes which I tried to keep with her dark fur based on storm clouds and then the light turqouise mane based on lightning, but kept thinking she looked too blue. So I played around with different accent colors and really fell for the cold red that Tempest has in her mane. I think it makes her look more like Tempest as well and not just Rainbow. I took a gamble with this one but I hope you like her.
