Haywire had only been in Ponyville for a few short weeks yet she was loving every minute of it! Her new found friends made her feel right at home and she hadn't even started missing her cooky dad yet.

Everything was just so new and exciting! She was lucky to have gotten a room to rent in the local bakery of all places. The couple living there, Mr. and Mrs. Cake was just the sweetest ponies ever (pun intended), almost treating her like their own daughter. They did say that they had kids right? Oh yes! Only they lived up in the castle with the queens. That's why she hadn't seen them, Wire reasond with herself.

On this particular day she was trotting around the streets of Ponyville on her way to Sweet Apple Acres to meet one of her bestest friends Snap Apple! Well, Haywire didn't have that many friends yet, but she was still one of the bestest, her and Silver of course.

Haywire had stumbled upon them both on her first day in Equestria. They had been standing in the outskirts of town, Silver talking loudly to the green mare who had seemed kind of bothered by their interaction. However Haywire was determined to get to know as many ponies as possible and had ended up interupting the two with her bright goofy smile and innocent demeanor. Making the green pony laugh and the blue one seem very confused, no longer looking so stern as she did before. Wire saw that as a job well done and asked them to show her around which the green one instantly agreed to. Silver just kind of followed them.

They had walked her all over town and looked in all the shops. Even stopping by the castle to wave at the princess! Haywire didn't really know what a princess was but with a house that big it had to be a sweet job.

As she continued through the village she could suddenly see Snapple walking towards her direction further down the road.

"Snapple!!" Haywire yelled excitedly as she bounced towards her.

"Heya kid." The mare replied scruffing up the smaller ones mane.

"I was just going to see you!! Why aren't you at your house? Are you going flying? Can I come with?" She fluffed up her feathers ready to go yet Snapple held her back.

"Nah, not today. I had something else in mind" She looked up at the sky and saw the blue and grey mare calmly flying overhead. "Silver!" Snapple shouted up to her.

Silver jumped in the air slightly before looking down and then going in for a landing.

"Scared me half to death you dang turkey" She scoffed.

Snapple didn't react and only said

"Wanna come swiming with us?"

Upon hearing the words Haywire's eyes lit up and doubled in size. They where going swiming!?

"No. I have important... stuff to do" Silver said and was about to take of as Haywire grabbed her back legs. "Hey let go"

Haywire had almost lost te ability to speak, she was so excited. Her puppy dog eyes bore into the other mares skull as she looked so sweet and innocent and then let out a precious:

"Please"

Silver couldn't say no. She just couldn't. She had been tricked and hooked and had to come swiming even though she didn't want to.
Great.

Okay so Haywire's first few friends were Snapple and Silver. Snapple acting like a kind of big sister towards her and Silver mainly just tagging along to whatever they do.

Silver and Snapple used to be good friends but as Silver grew more and more jealous of Snapple she sort of distanced herself to her. Snapple is very concerned over her friend distancing herself to everyone and is keen on getting Silver to join them to do fun stuff.

Both Snapple and Silver are bad at communicating their emotions.

Haywire offers a great distraction for the both of them and just let's them be silly. I mean how can you say no to that face.
