Sulphur Pie

Personality/Background:

Pinke Pie’s firstborn daughter Sulphur is the oldest of the mane 6 children. The name was Maud's idea.

She is often described as stoic and intimidating and is not to be messed with. Or at least that’s what other ponies usually whisper to each other as they normally try to avoid her. In reality she is usually a really sweet girl albeit fairly quiet due to her being socially awkward amongst strangers. Her insecurities stem from not quite knowing how to act and what to talk about with new ponies and usually just choose to be quiet coming of as quite intimidating to a lot of ponies.

All the fears may not be completely fabricated however. She does have a lot of patience but on those rare occasions when it does run out and she gets angry, all you should do is run. Sulphur has even frightened her own sister during her bursts of anger (even though it was never directed towards her=

To those who do get to know her properly she is a true friend and is extremely loyal and protective. Mess with one of her friends and you mess with her.

She is also rather suprisingly a huge prude and will blush at even the slightest of hints.

Before moving away to join a travelling circus Sulphur didn’t really have any friends other than her family which she is really close to. Pinkie begged her not to leave after she had just gotten a position in the circus, and Troubleshoes had to persuade her that their daughter’s happiness is the most important thing. Though secretly didn’t want her to leave either.

Pinke and Sulphur write to each other almost every day instead and as soon as Sulphur gets near Ponyville Pinke, Troubleshoes and Peachy will make sure to meet with her.

Sulphur do miss them a lot at times but has gotten more used to not seeing them as much as the circus has become a sort of second home for her, having made loads of close friends and met the stallion of her dreams. The two of them even share an act together meaning they get to train with each other often.

Other than getting to show of her skills with handling fire in different dangerous stunts Sulphur’s next favorite thing with the whole performance thing is the crazy costumes and make-up she gets to wear, even though she would probably never admit it to anyone.
