Kind of late on this but that happens in about 3-5 more episodes because in the manga he finally got out of that form and it also shows what Yammy's real number is.

nah he tells you in the manga that the numbers range from 0-10 cause Yammy is 10 and its pretty hot what happens.

according to the onemanga translation, the numbers go from 1-10 if yammy isn't transformed. The scale converts to 0-9 once yammy transforms (because he goes from 10 to 0)
