I really enjoy this entire piece, but I'm especially loving the sepia-ish tones and all those details in the bookcase. Violin seems like a very suitable instrument for her I would assume.

Rich colors & details, and the violin is accurate but I'd suggest getting references for how she holds the instrument/bow. Google images has some good ones if you type in "violin bow hold" and "violin hold".

I mention it because I'm a violin/viola player, and looking at this adorable girls' hands makes me wince.

I see, I'm really sorry to hurt your violinist's pride!
I even have a friend who plays violin, hope he won't be too mad about it.
I'm pretty bad at drawing fingers which may be why I did a poor job on the stance, sorry again!

Anyway, thanks for your feedback, I realy appreciate it, especially when it comes from a violin player.
I will get references to be more accurate next time, be it violin or something else.
