Came in to me with a printed picture of Dwayne 'the rock' Johnson's maori sleeve, and said, I want it kinda like this!I think there has been around 7-8 people in the last year doing the exact same thing with the exact same picture.
Still some work to be done on it as well.. we're gonna do the rest of the sleeve also.

nothing about this is maori.. and Dwayne the rock johnson has no ta moko, he has a samoan tatau.

good to know, I really dont know anything about the style. I dont bother to try and put any meaning to certain shapes or symbols. I just do some lines and shapes and thats that. what pleases the eye..
So if you know what to call my style, I'd be more than happy to put a name on it. because 98% of my costumers comes in to the studio holding the same pic of Dwayne Johnson and tells me the want a inka/maori/polynesian tattoo, same as his.. and so on. So I dont really know what to call it. And now you seem to know more about it than me, so if you have an idea of what to call this style, please do so.
