This necklace was inspired late one night while I was reading Psalm 139. Verses 17 & 18 stood out to me more than they had ever before:
"How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand..."

I decided I wanted to make a necklace that would help people remember this, because it is such a special and beautiful thing that God thinks of us so much. I collected the sand from a nearby beach and put them in a bottle so people could really get an idea of just how many grains of sand there are and how many thoughts God has toward us!
