A Lugia from the M.L.E.This was a shot at drawing a Lugia artwork done by an artist I do not know. The original artwork shows a Lugia simply swimming in wide open deep waters with the reflection of the water's surface reflected on it's dorsal surface.
I now know that the original artist is a deviant known as WarBandit. Thanks to siegetank241 for the info.
