I posted this elsewhere a while ago. Seeing I didn't post it here, here ya go. I gave the file a minor update since the previous postings.

Polished up the raw animation on this attack (without effects). I may also make a special animation for when the player holds the attack after the first step and add a charge function that adds extra hits/force to the attack. Also the alternate for reverse stepping to feint the attack for more i-frames.

Finally settling on this name for Gejhi's version of this attack, Which Jheibu later adapted into "Neutron Kick." "Phantom Energy" comes from a type of dark energy theory.
