I am so ashamed of myself right now. I said that I'd have this done in October and I didn't finish her until more than halfway through November. I'm a bad floof-floof x.xEven though Neeve is a witch, I wanted to make her an over-exaggerated for Halloween. I was also curious what she would look like with a pice of hair over her shoulder, considering her usual design is very symmetrical.
