Okay let me write a critique 8D
First of all, wow! This is amazing, very stunning and again, amazing contrasts used!! It's hard to work with dark colours and shadows, but you did great.
What is mocking me, is the witch'es face. While let's say the hair looks perfectly alright with the black shading, the effect of black on skin colour is that it looks as if the face was dirty. Be really careful with the shading colour, often it's better not to just shade with black, but for example use dark brown or even reddish brown.
Since faces are usually really detailed, you should apply the shading in tiny strokes and smudge them a little better, so it doesn't look just smacked on. Same for her dekoletΓ©e. (if that makes any sense: make the shading softer and fainter, not so harsh.)
Other than that, this is really cool! Love the blubbering potion and the pose, really unique idea.
