Ah, there isn't really a background story, I just went into the shoot wanting some good, creepy blood shots, haha!
I think the song matches so much with her expression, because she looks completely empty and her eyes look blank, that's why I chose it (:

What did you use for blood? It looks pretty 'watery'. I've got a bottle of movie blood, but it's very sticky and it's sucks when you get it in your hair ^^"

I actually just checked out a few blood recipes on the internet and chucked some stuff together! Haha (:
But I can tell you what I did use: lots of golden syrup, red food colouring and a little bit of blue food colouring. I think I used a little bit of water to make it more runny. It didn't taste good at all (according to my model), but I think she got it out of her hair alright.

I'm gonna give it a try sometime ^^ Hope it's easier to remove from you hair than my fake-blood x)
I did a troath cut on myself last Halloween and it got all in my hair.. It hurt so bad when I tried to brush/wash it out
