Yes, this is England dressed up as Merlin in a popular BBC show. He is being annoyed by Alfred about his costume and the TV show it came from, then Alfred decides he is going to be the hero, which is Arthur Pendragon, and he orders Arthur (as Merlin) to wash his clothes, polish his armor, etc.This is a gift for , who requested this. I hope she likes it~!

Just today I tried to draw a picture of Belarus and Prussia's epic swordfight, but failed utterly. I'm probably going to draw England's, ah, hasty escape in chapter 17. And Prussia looking at him and smirking, and America thinking "What the heck just happened?"
But first I have to finish my drawing of Belarus forcing a tied-up Russia to go through a wedding ceremony....

I haven't watched that series (I really don't trust any live action series that shows up on Disney XD), so I gotta ask:
who is Prince Alfred? Shouldn't Merlin be serving King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table?

This is a British show about when Merlin and Arthur first met. It's kinda like the Smallville of the Arthurian legends. Merlin and Arthur are both 20 years old. Prince Alfred represents Prince Arthur Pendragon and Arthur is representing Merlin, Alfred's lowly personal servant.
In this show, Arthur is still a prince and his father King Uther hates magic, so that's why Merlin hides his ability of magic. He follows the prince around because it is Merlin's destiny to make Arthur king.

...except, as anyone who watched "The Sword in the Stone" knows, Merlin wasl already an old man by the time he met Arthur. And Arthur was already a king by the time he was 20. And Uther, Arthur's father, was never a king (if he was, that would make Kay a prince, which I don't think he ever was).
