I love age-stagers, I've done several for my own characters (they're in my "Original" folder). This is the first time I do one for a character from another series.Many people draw older Gino as Sideshow Bob 2, but personally, I prefer to draw him mixing traits from both of his parents. I don't think he'd like to be compared to his dad all the time.

I think if you kept his hair down like his eight through twelve age, I think it will differentiate between him and his parent. Nice touch with the nose.
When I first started drawing Robert, I liked to keep his hair down to emulate gravity compared to how his hair reacts in the show. Later, I accepted the fact that this is a cartoon and characters like Marge can be nonexistant in a way.

I based that hairstyle on the Cecil vs Lisa comic, where it's shown on the flashback that Bob had his hair like that. But you already know that (seen your comic).
