My favorite scene in The Italian Bob (next to Bob's Italian singing, of course) is when Francesca and Gino catch up to Bob at the grasslands to give him confidence, because they love him and they're in this mission together. I agree with your description, an evil family can still be a happy one.

Aww, this is so cute!! and I agree on your opinion... parents should only be taken from their kids if there is a good reason. I, for one, made Francesca's mom leave her, but not because she died, but because she didn't deelt Salsiccia (or however it is spelled) could give her anything any more.

We I did my fanfiction on the Murder Mystery of Sally, I wasn't trying to make Jack Skellington "emo", I just felt like doing a story about how a man has to track down a killer in sake of avenging his wife. In the end, Jack defeats the villain and returns Sally's soul to her body to make her live again. It's not really my need to kill of a character for the pleasure of it, but to make the character grow in a way.
This page reminds me of the Simpsons Handbook page of Marge. Some of the poses on that page show Marge and Maggie interacting.

That's what I'm talking about. I don't like it when characters are killed just for tragedy. I prefer it when it's important to the plot and for the characters. Your story sounds like a good example of how to do it right.
I haven't seen that book, but I can imagine it. All these images were done without references though.

I somewhat figured that you didn't used reference, but I was just writing that the idea is same. It's good to test out different poses in the same picture, it gives out some interesting action ideas.
the story I'm referring to is in my other gallery:

If you like what you read, I'll post the link of the next chapter in my reply.

"it breaks my heart to see fans who make young characters lose one or both of their parents in their fanfics/fanart for the sake of drama" It always seemed like a lazy reason for making characters emo...
Anyway, this whole picture is just lovely, I always like it when you do stuff like this.

It's actually mentioned in all the books, it's going to be titled "Bob's Book of Murder".
This is coming from a person who has both the Comic Book Guy Book and the Krusty Book.
