This is Webb, the Spider Kwami of Stagnation

She inhabits the headband miraculous and gives her holders a large golden needle as their multi-tool, as well as the ability to create golden thread that can be used to halt and trap opponents. She also comes with a special power that can drain the energy of the holders opponents.
