This is a simple iphone case that I deco'd last year. It was painted first and the the jewels were glued over the top using epoxy glue.Related content

It won't work if you use a hard based glue like epoxy, the glue and gems will just peel off. You might be able to do it on a silicone case with a fabric glue but I wouldn't recommend it.
