In How To Start Over Roxy finds a wand with a purple swallowtail tiger butterfly as the head piece upon the wand stick body and that body consisted of main colors of purple, blue and green. This isn't perfect aside from hair, shoes and combination of wand pieces and recolored shaping of outfit which is clearly not a dress. Roxy won't have a Dress she will also not have to gain Enchantix because her Enchantix powers are within in her Enchantlievix wings. In my Roxy transformation outfits Roxy will never ever being wearing a dress not even in tynix form will she wear a dress. The wings and body model came from an app called Dream.
