I'm new here and I didn't know it Sorry... Does this mean that I have to remove it? I thought I could submit wallpapers like this, because I have seen other ones like this in some Tangled groups.

There are a lot of people that make wallpapers from official images true, but it is against dA's rules. dA is just terrible with keeping up with copyright violation reports so they're busy flooding the website at the moment which is probably why you've seen other people do it.

You're new here so it's an understandable mistake but take it down and only post pictures you drew yourself ok? Otherwise people will report it and dA will remove it if you don't. Also, if you keep posting pictures that are copyrighted or not your own you could be banned. Also, there are people here who hate screenshots/copyrighted pictures and will leave angry messages on your profile without realising you just didn't understand the rules.

Don't feel bad about it though ok? Just take any copyrighted pictures down and it'll be ok.

It's okay. Unforunately, it is best to remove it 'cause there's always a possibility that the owners could sue. Copyright laws and such. It's better not to risk it. If others do it, then they should remove it too.
