Aah, this looks great! I love the dark and red colors used for this piece. They give off the sense that he's bribing someone, or trying to make a bargain. This vibe is also amplified by his snarky expression and beckoning body expression. Facial expressions, body language, and lighting are helpful in creating a scene and atmosphere, which I think you did awesomely here.
My only advice to you is to experiment with line weight a bit more. Having thin and thick lines in your piece can help it to pop and bring more life to it. Other than that, keep up the good work.~ <3
