Description
Watseka, a captured member of the Cherokee tribe of Native Indians, offers to perform the banned Rain Dance in her adopted desert region, as a barter for her freedom. She wears the traditional blue, and beseeches the eagles for their feathers. The cloud spirits heed her, and release their hoarded precious drops.
