Description Another collab with . I did the original drawing, lines, flat colors, glow effects, and flat shading, then handed it over to her for the detailed shading and some other effects. Hard to completely explain who did what exactly but that's the jist of it.

that's an obscure choice but a very awesome sight regardless especially with the red glow around it

That particular touch was from me because I ended up making the background so dark you could barely see the Shadow Lugia in places without it.
