Personally this is my favorite one of your recent drawings, mainly because of the size and shape, but the eyes really stand out in this one.

i think the eyes could be colored some, or at least darkened a little...

as for the whole tracing thing, maybe you should try and get into pixel art? i myself am mostly working on making pregnant doll bases
