Cool, I use V-ray too but my stuff get kind of stiff.(?)Unrealistic.

lovely render. really nicely showed off. The standard matte finish in kerky can look really good. I have to ask though, your shrubs in the front, 3d or follow me components. because they add just enough realism.

Add kerbs where levels and floor finish changes.
Let the car drive in straight into the carport on the right and move the entrance door to the left.
Reduce the canopy to the right for better support for the wall of the upper floor. Am afraid with time the railings might shear fro the dead weight of the canopy.
Dress your windows to give it more definition. This also helps when the molding break at openings spanning two floors.
More bump on the stone work.
All in all good design and rendering.
