Quickly drawn Character concepts again (OC)

Cast of one of the supposed to be another large scale comic im planning. One weird thing about it is that the characters here are for the "prequel" of the original one

Damn i haven't even started the original one and i already manage to think of a prequel (and a "sequel" as well ) i feel so helpless...

Anyway, the main character is on the upper left, kinda standard lookin guy, but i wanted to look him a little more rugged.

In the top middle is the Biomechanical armor/mech like thing that the main character controls/"rides". Its around 15-20ft tall. The way he rides it is kinda weird, unlike on some conventional mech controls...meh i don't wanna describe it for now, kinda creepy .
The thing is mostly composed of mechanical parts, modified electronic devices as well as actual "flesh", kinda like the one in evangelion except the thing is made out nof pure flesh only, no eyes brains etc.
The head has a hard plating but it does not house the "eyes". The 2 panels are merely "power indicators" of sorts as the "eyes" are placed on multiple parts of the body. It's only there to simulate a humanoid figure for a human to use.
As for its purpose, it's more on a defensive unit rather than offensive (based on the story)

As for the others, below with the glasses girl is one of the scientist workin on it along with the old guy, the rightmost woman is either a nurse/doctor of sorts, and the top right is a military personel...
