For the skin, I referred to Yamio's palette and used a few but not all the colors from the...second skin tone from the top!
although i might have strayed from it a little bit >___< This was really handy to refer to though! X3

My birthday's coming up, so I'm dropping super obvious hints to every single family member about this nice freaking tablet that I want 8D It's interactive screen, so I can draw on it as easily as if I'm drawing on paper :'D It's quite expensive, though, so I don't know if I'll get that xD That's why I'm also tossing around the alternative to it, my old tablet LOL. One or the other 8)

Oh, I've seen the Cintiq, but I definitely don't have the money for something like that if it's not my career, especially when I'm barely intermediate in skill LOLOL. It's a Monoprice and I've heard pretty good things about it! x3 It's about $350? I hear a lot that it works just like the Cintiq, so I'm willing to place bets on it! If not, my original tablet is fine xD I worked just fine with it before, so I'm good x3 And it's, like, $45 LOL <3

idk how to keep the clipping when i switch from ptsai to photoshop/psd. the clipping disappears and all the coloring is outside the lines cuz i color horribly LOL XD

Maybe you should save the file in .psd format? (In case you haven't) Otherwise I don't know where the problem is, I never used Photoshop >__<

On Paint Tool Sai you save the file in .png format and then a window will pop up and you mark the second box. I think i'ts "preserve opacity"
