The pic is a reverse idea of the "From Little to Baby Sister" drawing that I made a while back. This time around, Julie-Su is the big sis whereas Lien-Da is stuck with her new role as the baby sister. The two are also on Angel Island, so no doubt that Knuckles and the Chaotix will be involved.
